marinade is proportioned to a 2-pound steak.
ingredients
1 C soy sauce
1/4 C packed brown sugar
3 T cider vinegar
1 T worcestershire sauce
2 t dijon mustard
1 t red pepper flakes
1/4 t pepper
directions
marinate at least two hours, turning once. heat grill to high. lightly oil hot grates. grill steak, covered, for 6 minutes. turn, brush with remaining marinade and grill 6 minutes more, uncovered.
