pickled onion
1/4 C parsley, chopped
1/4 C mint, chopped
1/4 C olive oil
juice of 1 lemon
1 t salt
kalamata olives
feta
combine all ingredients. put meatballs on top and add olives and feta (if wanted) and serve drizzled with the following sauce:

1/2 C tahini
juice of 1 lemon
1 clove garlic, crushed
water to thin
